We are on the hunt for a highly motivated Partner Outcomes Manager who will be able to prioritise customer service, listen to our partners (clients) and build strong relationships. We know that ‘account management’ can mean many things. You may have experience working in local or central government, fostering relationships and using your creative problem solving to tackle complex problems. You may hold a close network of interesting people and be most at home sharing ideas and cultivating connections. Your background might be in software development and service delivery.


This role sits within an existing tightly knit sales & account management squad and requires an experienced and proven individual to:

  • Focus daily on the needs, challenges and opportunities of our partners and service delivery teams to maintain excellent relationships with our key accounts;

  • Driven to build strong, long term relationships and be confident that your communication and interpersonal skills are up to the task;

  • Develop deep relationships with interesting people from our partner organisations;

  • Find creative solutions to unique problems and can place technical solutions in the context of our partner’s strategic goals;

  • Know when to leverage your negotiation and facilitation skills and bring strategic thinking and planning abilities to deliver the outcomes our partners need;

  • Love being part of a high-performing team and bring a desire to collaborate and contribute your strengths for the team cause.

 

About you:

Whatever your background, you will definitely need to be: 

  • fundamentally self-motivated;

  • able to quickly understand new domains, problem spaces and industries;

  • empathetic and a great listener, you know that understanding the needs (and pain points) of others are key to delivering excellent service and solutions;

  • the possessor of impeccable written and spoken English;

  • able to display genuine business acumen & commercial/financial knowledge;

  • able to turn information into a clear strategy and communicate complex information to broad audiences;

  • confident having tough conversations and make decisions;

  • able to “close” (ie not afraid to discuss value and money);

  • proactive and curious, driven to learn and grow and inherently motivated by review, feedback and improvement;

  • authentic and values-driven - you know that trust is everything.

Some of the practical day-to-day things you can expect to be doing:

  • Supporting and coordinating with delivery teams to meet partner and organisational expectations and ensure consistent excellent service;

  • relationship management and high-quality communication across various channels and contexts;

  • exploring our Partners needs, challenges and goals; 

  • using your creativity to develop win-win solutions for Media Suite and our Partners;

  • creating roadmaps and account plans;

  • identifying opportunities and being across the commercial performance of our engagements;

  • scoping work, supporting the effort to estimate and price projects and writing statements of work/ project briefs;

  • ensuring smooth handovers between phases of projects; 

  • seeking feedback & implementing changes where need;

  • building great relationships (incl networking activities)
