We are looking for a business analyst with solid technical knowledge to act as the bridge between our partners and delivery team, primarily through understanding and translating business requirements into technical artefacts. You’ll be working alongside a team of passionate, creative and dedicated Business Analysts, Software Developers and Project Leads to ensure we Build the Right Thing while providing our partners with the best experience working with us and our software.

Some of the practical day-to-day things you can expect to be doing:

  • Leading or facilitating workshops or meetings in order to gather information from partner representatives;

  • Work with project teams to understand technical details and propose solutions to changes, defect fixes and operational issues;

  • Contribute to the design of business processes, user and system interfaces, and system integrations;

  • Lead analysis and design phases of the project to prepare for future development phases;

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholder, collaborate with cross functional teams to build the right thing

  • Work with Partner Outcome Managers to ensure that requests for proposals and sales opportunities are designed for delivery appropriately.

  • Collaborate with Project Technical Leads to produce technical specifications for applications, API data mapping, interfaces and system integrations

  • Act as the subject matter expert on application data, integration, mapping and reporting on projects

Skills, Experience & Education:

You will definitely have relevant professional experience but we are open to what that experience might look like. It would certainly be advantageous if you had a background in agile software development or testing/QA background.

 

Here are some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a technical analyst with previous experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.

  • Demonstrated capacity to work with minimum supervision and direction and ability to work collaboratively with others when the nature of the project requires a team effort.
