We are on the hunt for a highly organised Office Manager & Administrator ideally with an accounts and/ or a solid business administration background to join our closely-knit team. You need to be somebody we can trust to help us improve our internal processes, keep the business humming and assist our teams. We need someone who loves taking care of detail while also being collaborative and happy to leverage their strengths for the team cause. This is a full-time, permanent role.  


About you:

Whatever your background, you will definitely need to be: 

  • fundamentally self-motivated;

  • incredibly organised with outstanding attention to detail, numerically, verbally, and in writing;

  • the possessor of impeccable written and spoken english;

  • comfortable with reception duties such as phone calls, greeting/ communicating with partners and other external stakeholders;

  • happy providing administrative support to various parts of the business  (including finance, project & team coordination, commercial and talent operations);

  • comfortable with technology, using it, supporting it and learning new things;

  • effective time management skills, able to prioritise and juggle multiple priorities;

  • excellent at wrangling people and information to keep our internal teams on track;

  • highly proficient with Excel, and other MS office tools, experience with Xero would be an asset;

  • competent compiling statistics/ data for report creation;

Some of the practical day-to-day things you can expect to be doing:

  • answering phones, meet & greet and handling support desk queries;

  • monitoring & managing office supplies & budget;

  • internal assets and subscription management;

  • booking travel, conferences & managing expense claims;

  • supporting the month-end process including ensuring leave completeness, invoicing and collating financial reports;

  • monitoring & escalating accounts payable and receivable;

  • accounts inbox management, and daily reconciliations; 

  • compile a variety of reports for commercial compliance;

  • attending and minute-taking for various internal meetings; 

  • supporting key members of the team with organisation and administration needs;

  • recruitment support, candidate communications, interview scheduling, etc;

  • ensuring all employment agreements/ tax forms/ payroll forms are complete. 


Skills, Experience & Education:

You will definitely have relevant professional experience. We don’t want to prescribe what that experience might be, but it would be advantageous if you had some accounting experience and/or around 3 years business administration background.
